Hey I’m Diane,

I was active in sports growing up in Nelson BC.

I followed my passion for fitness to complete a Diploma in Exercise Science while I was a member of the school’s running and soccer teams.

I was drawn to yoga as a workout. Through practice my balance, mobility and core strength improved.

Aside from the physical benefits, yoga has helped me become more present, self aware and overall grateful.

Realizing the value of holistic fitness led me to continue my studies through nutrition and yoga.
